Terms of Service
The service
WebScopePilot currently offers a free passive website check and basic monitoring. By using it, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Use the service only where lawful and for websites you are entitled to monitor. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
Limits and accuracy
Reports describe observations from one server at one time. They are not a penetration test, certification, legal advice or assurance of availability, security, search ranking or accessibility. Check recommendations against your own setup before making changes. We may limit requests to protect websites and service capacity.
Accounts
Protect your password and recovery code. We cannot restore an account without a valid password or recovery code. Do not share credentials, impersonate someone, or submit secrets. You can export your data and delete your account from settings.
Pricing and payments
Paid tiers displayed on the pricing page are planned offerings. Checkout is disabled and we do not currently collect payments. We will describe applicable prices, billing, cancellation and refund conditions before accepting a purchase.
Availability and changes
This early service has no guaranteed response time or uptime commitment. Features and reasonable usage limits may change. Material terms will be dated here. We may restrict abusive use. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Service questions and privacy requests can be submitted through the in-app support form. Replies appear there. Do not rely on the service for emergencies or safety-critical operations.
